Require 12+ years of Scala software engineering experience with strong expertise in modern backend development practices.Design, develop, and maintain scalable, highly available back-end services in a cloud-native, event-driven setting.
Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code using Scala (Pekko/Akka, Cats, Cats Effect) and Java; Python optional
Contribute to system architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and API design decisions.
Implement and support Event Sourcing, CQRS, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and event-driven architectures using Kafka.
Build, scale, and maintain resilient, high-performance APIs and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
Develop cloud-native solutions on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
Work with relational and non-relational databases.




Collaborate closely with Product, Front-End, and SRE teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, performance, observability, and operational excellence.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automation, and software delivery processes.
Work effectively within Agile product development teams with solid ownership and autonomy.
Demonstrate critical thinking, a growth mindset, robust communication skills, and the confidence to challenge ideas constructively.
