Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant/Developer to design, develop, and optimize customer experience solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customer journey orchestration, real-time customer profile management, audience segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Configure and maintain Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components including schemas, datasets, identities, and Real-Time Customer Profiles.
Develop audience segments and activation strategies for personalized customer engagement.
Integrate AEP with Adobe and third-party platforms using APIs and data connectors.
Create and manage event-based, batch, and real-time customer journeys.
Collaborate with business stakeholders,



marketing teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, profile stitching, segmentation, and journey execution.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize journeys based on insights and analytics.
Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and best practices are followed.
Support deployment, testing, and production releases.

Required Skills
Robust experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

Familiarity with SQL and data analysis concepts.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
