Role & responsibilities
Assist Project Leads to analyse requirements, create test cases, and execute tests with tools and techniques for functional testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing and compatibility testing
Identify issues in web features, log defects, and communicate findings to QA Leads, developers, and the project team.
Analyse test cases thoroughly to ensure adequate coverage of requirements.
Develop an understanding of the functional, usability and performance requirements for the product features being tested.
Report bugs, verify fixes, and report test results.
Work with development team to reproduce and resolve bugs.
Escalate issues when necessary.
Improve quality process.

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have Skills
Understanding of basic testing, coding, and debugging procedures




Expertise in Testing Concepts
Valuable communication
Exposure in any one Bug tracking tool
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in Playwright Automation using JavaScript
Expertise in at least one programming language - Java/JavaScript
Expertise in any framework like TestNG, Junit, etc
Exposure in API Testing (using Postman & Rest Assured).
Basics of JMeter.
Exposure in any one of Bug tracking tool [Jira, Bugzilla)
Any software testing related course is mandatory
