Job Title: Billing Executive

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

We are looking for a Billing Executive to handle billing, documentation, and basic logistics-related activities at our Calicut location.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices and billing documents.
Verify billing details and ensure accuracy.
Handle order punching, order processing, pick list and invoice generation.
Prepare E-way Bills, LR and other logistics documents.
Maintain billing, stock and related reports.
Coordinate with the Logistics, Sales and Finance teams.
Maintain proper records of billing and inventory transactions.
Follow up on billing discrepancies and resolve issues.
Prepare and share daily/periodic reports as required.

Requirements:




1–3 years of experience in billing/logistics operations.
Experience in warehouse, logistics or 3PL industry is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Basic knowledge of billing and logistics documentation.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
