What You’ll Do
Video Production
Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras for indoor & outdoor shoots.
Set up 3-point lighting, softboxes, audio (lapel/boom).
Ensure framing, exposure, and continuity.
Conduct client-site and industrial shoots.
Manage on-ground production and equipment.
Creative Direction
Turn scripts/ideas into solid visual stories.
Build storyboards and shot lists.
Align visuals with brand guidelines.
Use motion graphics to simplify complex concepts.
Editing & Motion Graphics
Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Create motion graphics, typography, diagrams in After Effects.
Add music/SFX, color correction & grading.
Deliver optimized videos for YouTube/LinkedIn/Instagram/website.




Workflow Management
Maintain organized footage and project files.
Manage and maintain production gear.
Deliver high-quality videos on time.

What We’re Looking For
Robust camera and lighting expertise.
Advanced Premiere Pro & After Effects skills.
Strong sense of visual storytelling.
Knowledge of lenses, exposure, composition, color.
Willing to travel for shoots.
Team-oriented mindset.

Bonus Points
Industrial/documentary shooting experience.
2D/3D animation basics.
Graphic design knowledge.
Experience with B2B or tech storytelling.
