Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in the day-to-day HR operations of a Multi-Speciality Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation.
Assist with payroll inputs and monthly attendance reports.
Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
Coordinate with various hospital departments regarding HR-related matters.
Ensure proper maintenance of HR documents and confidentiality of employee information.

Eligibility Criteria




Any Degree / BBA / B.Com / MBA HR preferred.
0–2 years of experience in HR or administration preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and coordination skills.

Job Location: Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu Salary: As per experience and company norms.
