We are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented and proactive Assistant HR Manager to join our HR team and support the smooth functioning of HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various hotel departments
Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management
Manage employee joining, onboarding and induction
Maintain employee records, personal files and HR databases
Monitor attendance, leave and shift-related HR records
Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and attendance inputs
Handle employee grievances and support positive employee relations
Ensure implementation of HR policies and company procedures
Support performance management, appraisals and confirmation processes




Assist with statutory compliance and HR documentation
Organize employee engagement, recognition and welfare activities
Support training and development initiatives
Conduct exit formalities and exit interviews
Prepare regular HR reports on manpower, recruitment, attrition, attendance and other HR activities
Guide and support junior HR team members

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Previous experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality industry
Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive knowledge of MS Office and HRMS/HR software
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Approachable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment
