We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in business requirement gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management, along with basic/working exposure to MS Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements.
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories and process documentation.
Analyse and improve business processes.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams.
Support UAT, testing and issue resolution.
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs.
Leverage basic exposure to MS Dynamics 365 in business/ERP-related projects.
Required Skills:
5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Robust requirement gathering and documentation skills.
Positive understanding of business/ERP processes.
Basic or working exposure to MS Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
