White Bull Solutions LLP is hiring a US Accounts Payable Specialist to join our US Accounting team in Ahmedabad.

We are looking for someone with hands-on US Accounts Payable experience who can independently manage AP activities, vendor accounts and client deliverables with solid attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day US Accounts Payable activities
Process and review vendor invoices, bills and payment requests
Perform invoice verification and ensure accurate coding and classification
Handle vendor statements, payment follow-ups and account reconciliations
Perform AP-related bank and ledger reconciliations
Review outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate vendor records and supporting documentation
Prepare AP reports and support month-end closing activities
Ensure invoices and payments are processed within agreed timelines
Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding AP-related queries
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and exceptions
Maintain accurate and audit-ready accounting records




Follow established accounting processes and internal controls
Support process improvements and ensure timely completion of client deliverables

Requirements
Hands-on US Accounts Payable experience is mandatory
Solid understanding of US accounting processes
Experience with invoice processing, vendor management and AP reconciliations
Good understanding of accounting fundamentals
Experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop or similar accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple accounting tasks
Relevant Accounting or Finance qualification preferred

Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST | Working Days: Monday to Friday
