Expert in handling ERP System for Production Planning & control of Machine Shop &
Assembly Shop.
Able to handle Critical Path through ERP System output.
Capable to understand the concern in the system to resolve it in order to smooth flow of production.
Sound knowledge of Machining Processes on CNC / VMC / 5-Axis Machines.
Able to understand correct sequence to Machining Processes.
Sound knowledge of Machining Capacity / Manpower capacity / Manpower Skill in the Machine Shop.
Sound knowledge of Material Types &
Material Grades of Casting / Forging / Plate Material /Bar material.
Able to understand Bill of Material for Machined Parts.
Expert in handling complete Article Control through ERP System for Production Planning &
Control.
Expert in tracking Scheduling / Raw Material Purchase Orders/ Raw Material Availability through ERP System.
