Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day spinning production activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, machine efficiency, manpower utilization, safety, and timely delivery are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily/shift-wise production as per production targets.
Supervise spinning operations and ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, productivity, waste, and downtime.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, raw materials, and utilities.
Monitor and control yarn quality parameters and coordinate with Quality/Technical teams.
Identify production losses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, 5S, and safety requirements.
Manage shift manpower allocation and ensure proper deployment.




Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Planning, and HR for uninterrupted production.
Analyze production reports, downtime, rejection/waste, and other KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.
Train and develop operators and supervisors on production processes and quality requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and EHS standards.
Prepare and submit daily/shift production reports to management.

Qualification
B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Textile Engineering / Mechanical/Chemical
Candidates with relevant experience in Textile/Spinning Production preferred.

Experience
7–8 years of relevant experience in Technical Textile, Yarn, spinning production.
Experience in managing shift operations and production teams preferred.
