Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join a Chartered Accountant office in Nashik. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, GST/TDS-related work, reconciliations, documentation and supporting multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Handle sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries.
Maintain ledgers and accounting records.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain client-wise accounts.
Assist in GST return preparation and related documentation.
Handle TDS-related accounting and documentation.
Assist in preparation of financial statements.
Verify invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
Maintain proper accounting documentation.
Assist with audit and taxation-related activities.
Coordinate with clients to collect required financial documents.




Follow up with clients regarding pending information.
Prepare accounting reports as required.
Use Tally and MS Excel for regular accounting work.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in accounting.
Previous experience in a CA firm will be preferred.
B.Com/M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
Positive knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and bank reconciliation.
Basic understanding of taxation and accounting principles.
Positive attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Good communication and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
