Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage BIM processes for civil, architectural and structural projects.
Manage BIM modelling, coordination and project documentation.
Coordinate with architectural, structural and MEP teams.
Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows and project protocols.
Review BIM models for quality, accuracy and compliance.
Manage BIM deliverables and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Guide and mentor BIM engineers and modelers.
Candidate Requirements
10+ years of experience in Civil/BIM projects.
Robust knowledge of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
Excellent knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Valuable understanding of civil, architectural and structural drawings.
Solid leadership, coordination and communication skills.
Experience in managing BIM teams and project deliverables.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
