Atelier | Decorbagh is looking for an experienced and well-presented Retail Sales Executive to join our premium furniture and home décor showroom. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home furnishings, interior décor, or a luxury lifestyle store.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend customers and provide a premium, personalised showroom experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture, sofas, lighting, and home décor products.
- Explain product features, materials, fabrics, finishes, dimensions, pricing, and customisation options.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom remains clean and well-presented.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.





Required Experience

- Previous experience in a retail showroom is mandatory.
- Experience in a furniture store, sofa showroom, home décor store, or interior furnishings business is strongly preferred.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing, CRM, or retail inventory software.
- A qualified appearance, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset.

Preferred Candidate

- 2–5 years of relevant retail sales experience.
- Experience selling premium or luxury furniture and home furnishings.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and close sales confidently.
- Knowledge of sofa fabrics, furniture materials, finishes, and interior styling is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
