We are looking for a Retail Merchandiser to manage merchandise planning, stock allocation, replenishment and inventory performance across our retail stores. The role will ensure the right products, sizes and quantities are available at each location to achieve sales targets, improve sell-through and maintain healthy stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan store-wise merchandise assortments based on sales trends, customer preferences, seasonality and store performance.
- Manage stock allocation and replenishment across stores, ensuring availability of key styles and sizes.
- Analyse sales, sell-through, stock ageing, stock cover and inventory turnover to identify opportunities and take corrective action.
- Initiate inter-store stock transfers to balance inventory and improve sales.
- Identify fast-moving, slow-moving and non-moving merchandise; recommend replenishment, promotional or markdown actions.
- Coordinate with brand teams, buying, warehouse and retail operations teams for timely deliveries and product launches.
- Support seasonal merchandise planning and provide inputs for buying quantities and category mix.
- Monitor category-wise and store-wise performance against sales and inventory targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising MIS,



dashboards and performance reports.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising teams to support product visibility and seasonal displays.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate; a qualification in Fashion Management, Retail Management or a related field is preferred.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in apparel retail merchandising, preferably with a multi-store retailer or fashion brand.
- Strong understanding of merchandise planning, size ratios, allocation, replenishment and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookup formulas and sales analysis.
- Working knowledge of ERP or retail inventory management systems.
- Solid analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stores and priorities, with willingness to travel for store visits.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
