The Stone Arch is looking for a responsible, energetic, and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service.

We are seeking a professional with solid leadership, team management, and communication skills who can maintain service standards and ensure smooth coordination between the service and kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

Manage, guide, and coordinate with service staff to maintain high service standards.

Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the restaurant.

Oversee table setup, reservations, order taking, and service coordination.

Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve operational issues promptly.

Assist with inventory checks, stock monitoring, and daily operational reporting.

Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, service procedures, and hygiene standards.

Support the management team in achieving operational targets.





Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, F&B; Supervisor, or in a similar hospitality role.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and daily operations.

Ability to handle customer complaints and manage staff effectively.

Professional attitude, presentable appearance, and strong work ethic.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Immediate joiners preferred.
