We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Waiters / Service Staff for our Park Restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests visiting our amusement park.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests politely and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, explain food items, and provide recommendations to customers.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and billing personnel to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.
- Respond courteously to customer requests and resolve basic service-related concerns.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and report issues to the Restaurant Supervisor.
- Ensure food orders are delivered to the correct tables and served according to restaurant standards.
- Support restaurant operations during weekends, holidays, and peak visitor hours.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, grooming,



and workplace safety standards.
- Assist with table setup, clearing used plates, and maintaining adequate service supplies.
- Coordinate with the team to provide quick, efficient, and courteous service.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, or food service will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and skilled grooming.
- Ability to work in a team and handle busy service periods.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service etiquette is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
