Role Description The Cafe Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily café operations. This includes managing staff schedules, supervising the service team, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the day.

Manager will monitor product quality, coordinate food and beverage preparation, manage inventory and ordering, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards. The role also involves handling cash and digital payments, tracking sales performance,



and implementing initiatives to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.

Manager will work closely with leadership to support brand standards, train team members, and maintain a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Experience in food & beverage and food service operations, including café or restaurant management.
- Sales skills to promote menu items, drive revenue, and support upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Prior experience supervising staff, managing schedules, and leading a team in a hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of basic inventory management, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by café operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
- Passion for specialty coffee and bakery products; prior experience in coffee or café environments is an advantage.
