Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based in Panipat.

The Restaurant

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising service quality, and ensuring smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house team. The role involves monitoring customer experience, handling guest feedback, and implementing initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.

Manager will manage inventory and ordering, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role also includes training and mentoring staff, supporting hiring decisions,



and working with leadership to meet revenue and cost-control targets.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Experience in Hiring and team management, including training, performance feedback, and building a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with staff, suppliers, and guests, and for documenting processes and reporting to management.
- Practical knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, quality control, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in hospitality or food service.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and effective time management.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and POS systems for billing, reporting, and inventory management.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
