The Stone Arch is looking for skilled, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to join our service team. We are seeking hospitality professionals with excellent guest-handling abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure a warm and professional dining experience.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.

Ensure timely and efficient food and beverage service.

Maintain high standards of table setup, presentation, and service quality.

Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Coordinate with the Restaurant Supervisor and kitchen team during service.

Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to service standards.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

Promote menu items and provide recommendations to guests when required.

Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain professional service standards.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain,



Senior Steward, or in a similar F&B; service role.

Strong knowledge of restaurant service procedures and guest handling.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Good knowledge of food and beverage service.

Ability to manage guest expectations and resolve service issues effectively.

Skilled grooming, positive attitude, and customer-first approach.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Immediate joiners preferred.
