Role Description The Resort Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the assigned resort and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. This role includes managing front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other guest services to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.

The Resort

Manager will monitor occupancy, revenue, and costs, implement budgets, and support sales and marketing initiatives to optimize performance. Daily responsibilities involve leading and mentoring resort teams, handling guest feedback and escalations,



coordinating maintenance and property upkeep, and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with senior management on improvement projects and contributing to ABAD’s reputation for thoughtful hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

- Robust focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and uphold high service standards.
- Experience in Property Management, including oversight of resort operations, facilities, housekeeping, and coordination with maintenance teams.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management, including cost control, revenue monitoring, and participation in forecasting and planning.
- Demonstrated ability in Hiring and team leadership, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
- Relevant experience in hospitality or resort management; prior leadership experience in hotels or resorts is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and departments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
