Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and patient-focused Resident Dental Surgeon to join our dental clinic in Bengaluru. The candidate should have sound clinical knowledge, good diagnostic skills, practical experience in general dental procedures, and excellent patient communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Examine patients, assess oral health conditions, and diagnose dental problems.
- Prepare appropriate treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.
- Perform general dental procedures, including scaling, polishing, fillings, and routine extractions, within the scope of competence.
- Manage common dental complaints and provide appropriate emergency dental care.
- Explain treatment options, costs, and post-treatment instructions to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, prescriptions, and follow-up details.
- Follow sterilization, infection control, and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Ensure proper handling of dental instruments, materials, and clinical equipment.




- Coordinate with dental assistants and front-office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Refer complex cases to specialists when required and maintain continuity of patient care.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- BDS degree from a recognized dental institution.
- Valid dental registration applicable for practice in Karnataka.
- Sound knowledge of general dentistry, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Good clinical skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
- Qualified attitude, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Knowledge of English is required; Kannada proficiency is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing clinical development.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in a dental clinic or hospital is an advantage. Fresh graduates with the required qualifications and registration are welcome to apply, subject to the clinic's supervision arrangements.
