Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and skilled Resident Endodontist to join our dental clinic in Bengaluru. The candidate should have strong clinical knowledge of endodontics, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to perform root canal treatments and other procedures related to the preservation and restoration of natural teeth.

Key Responsibilities

- Examine patients, diagnose pulpal and periapical conditions, and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform root canal treatments, including primary and retreatment cases, as clinically indicated.
- Manage complex endodontic cases within the scope of competence and refer cases when necessary.
- Perform restorative procedures related to endodontic treatment and preserve natural teeth wherever feasible.
- Diagnose and manage dental pain and endodontic emergencies.
- Interpret dental radiographs and other relevant diagnostic findings.
- Explain treatment options, procedures, risks, costs, and post-treatment care to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and follow-up details.
- Follow sterilization, infection control,



and clinical safety protocols.
- Coordinate with general dentists and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- MDS in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from a recognized institution.
- Valid dental registration applicable for practice in Karnataka.
- Strong knowledge of endodontic diagnosis, treatment planning, and root canal procedures.
- Clinical competence in rotary or reciprocating instrumentation and other contemporary endodontic techniques.
- Good communication, patient counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Preferred Experience Prior clinical experience in endodontics, including root canal treatments and retreatment cases, is an advantage. Fresh postgraduate candidates may apply.
