About the Role

We are looking for a Research Analyst & Program Facilitator - Hardware Technologies with a strong interest in Embedded Systems, IoT and Robotics.

The role combines technology research, hands-on project development, program facilitation and student mentoring. The selected candidate will work with students aged 12–17, helping them explore technology through practical projects and experiential learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate engaging, hands-on technology sessions for students aged 12–17.
- Guide students through programs in Electronics, Robotics, IoT, Drones, 3D Printing and related technologies.
- Lead real-world projects that encourage collaboration, creativity and innovation.
- Mentor students in technical and project development and provide constructive feedback.
- Research emerging technologies and contribute to incorporating them into the curriculum.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for technology workshops, events and guest speaker sessions.
- Assess student progress and communicate relevant insights with parents.
- Contribute to program and curriculum development initiatives.





Qualifications Candidates with the following educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply:
- B.E. / B.Tech.
- B.Sc. / M.Sc.
- BCA / MCA

Preferred disciplines include Electronics, Computers, Mechatronics or related fields. Skills & Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Arduino, ESP boards and embedded systems programming.
- Ability to build practical projects in Electronics, IoT and Automation.
- Experience or interest in teaching Robotics, Embedded Systems and IoT through project-based activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with students.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interest in hardware technologies and emerging technology trends.
- Creative, self-motivated and comfortable with continuous learning.
- Willingness to work from Pune, Wanowrie/Salunke Vihar.
