Role: Reltio MDM Developer

- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Reltio MDM development

(L3 modelling → configuration → data load → match-merge → survivorship → integration)

- Ability to configure:

o Entities, attributes, relationships o Crosswalks & data sources o L3 data model extensions

- Strong experience in Match Rule implementation (fuzzy, exact, token-based).
- Experience designing Survivorship Rules (rule priority, recency, trust/best source).
- Hands-on experience with Reltio Data Loader, pipelines, and data onboarding.
- Strong SQL (validation, reconciliation, testing).
- Experience using Reltio REST APIs for integration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with data profiling, DQ rules, validation rules.
- Understanding of MDM concepts:

o Golden record o Trust & survivorship o Hierarchies o Merge rules o Metadata & data governance

Delivery Skills

- Ability to analyze requirements and convert them into Reltio model/config.
- Ability to independently manage development tasks.
- Experience participating in SIT/UAT cycles and defect resolution.
- Ability to review junior developer work

Role: Architecture &

- Solution Design
- Solid hands-on experience designing end-to-end Reltio MDM architectures

(Data model → Match/merge → DQ → Integration → Workflows)

- Ability to translate business domain requirements into Reltio L3 model, entities, relationships, interactions.
- Expertise in defining master data domains,



hierarchies, golden record strategy, and trust/survivorship.
- Experience architecting integrations across CRM/ERP/Legacy apps → Reltio → Downstream systems.
- Deep knowledge of Reltio architecture components:

Console, Data Modeler, Integration Hub, Graph Model, APIs, Match Engine.

- Ability to design multi-source ingestion strategy with crosswalks and ID mapping.
- Experience defining DQ framework, validation, enrichment, profiling, exception flows.
- Experience handling performance optimization for match/merge &
- API-based integrations.

Technical &

- Platform Expertise
- Reltio REST API design, API throttling, retry logic, and API-based orchestration.
- Strong SQL / data modeling skills.
- Experience with pipelines (IICS, SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Data Loader).
- Strong knowledge of MDM patterns: registry, consolidation, coexistence, centralized.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
- Ability to lead configuration reviews and ensure compliance to Reltio design best practices.

Delivery &

- Leadership
- Ability to lead the full lifecycle: roadmap → discovery → design → build → deploy.
- Experience mentoring developers and reviewing configurations.
- Experience with client workshops, requirement elaboration, and solution walkthroughs.
- Ability to drive data governance, stewardship processes, and RACI design.
