Visit potential customers and conduct field sales activities. Identify new business opportunities and generate customer leads.

Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and repayment terms to customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up with prospective customers and assist with the loan application process.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business goals. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager. Deliver good customer service and maintain professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria Education: Intermediate (10+2) qualification is compulsory.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in banking sales, financial services sales, or any other sales field in India.

Communication: Good speaking skills and the ability to communicate confidently with customers.

Customer Management: Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills. Two-Wheeler: A bike is compulsory for field visits.
