Key focus areas:
Coordinate with internal functions (Operations, IT, Compliance,Underwriting,
Claims) to ensure seamless partner experience.
Track issue logs and closure timelines for partner or sales escalations.
Support onboarding and system enablement of current partners.
Ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation and reporting.
Support audit preparedness and ensure adherence to process guidelines
Maintain repository of business SOPs, policies, and process updates
Maintain and publish daily, weekly,
and monthly business dashboards for sales performance, partner metrics, and key KPIs
Prepare Incentive computation for the team
Qualifications Competencies:
Graduate/ Post graduate withexperience in project management role
Accurate and timely MIS, and reports.
Issue resolution turnaround and partner support efficiency.
Assistance with Billing and Payments
Display ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.
Communicate clearly and proactively with all stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality of data and business information
