Bond Interiors is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Trivandrum office and support our Dubai Head Office.
Position
Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Estimation
Qualification & Experience
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
Freshers to 5 years of experience are welcome to apply
Candidates with interior fit-out experience will be preferred
Key Requirements
Ability to read and understand interior fit-out drawings
Ability to quantify and prepare quantity take-offs from fit-out drawings
Basic knowledge of post-contract QS activities
Knowledge of measurements, variations, valuations, and final accounts
Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to coordinate with and support the Dubai Estimation team
Salary ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
