Job Summary: The Assistant Restaurant Manager acts as a liaison between the team and the Restaurant Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Support: Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and take charge of the store in their absence.
Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between the staff and management, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow.
Daily Execution: Ensure shift readiness, manage staff schedules, and maintain operational standards during peak hours.
Training: Assist in training and onboarding recent team members to uphold brand standards.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Education: Degree from an International QSR or an IHM degree.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an international QSR workplace.
Current Role: Currently serving at least as a Shift Manager.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
