We are looking for an experienced Junior Accountant to join in Oman. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience and a positive understanding of day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and accounting reports.
Perform bank and cash transactions and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
Assist with monthly and periodic financial reporting.
Monitor outstanding payments and receipts.
Support the senior accountant in daily accounting activities.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience as an Accountant/Junior Accountant.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
