Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Python.
Build and maintain web applications using FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
Work with event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.
Integrate and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SES, ECS, and EKS.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand business requirements.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
Perform code reviews and participate in technical discussions.
Work with relational and non-relational databases.
Write productive SQL queries and use ORM tools such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
Debug, troubleshoot,



and optimize application performance.
Implement security, scalability, and reliability best practices.
Use Git and CI/CD pipelines for version control and deployment.
Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure automation using Terraform or CloudFormation.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP tools to improve development efficiency.
Use project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, YouTrack, or Asana.
