Roles & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day banking operations and customer service.
Acquire current customers and manage existing customer relationships.
Generate leads for CASA, loans, insurance, and other banking products.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Complete KYC, documentation, and account-opening formalities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and resolve their queries.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct market visits and build local customer networks.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in banking/financial sales preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
Knowledge of banking products and KYC processes.
