Key Responsibilities:
Conduct RCMbased audits and control testing.
Validate compliance with internal policies and RBI/statutory norms.
Assess control design, operating effectiveness, and identify gaps.
Review retail loan processes at loan, portoflio, and system levels.
Prepare audit documentation, observations, and draft reports.
Support rootcause analysis and followup on audit issue closure.
Assist in thematic and processbased audit reviews.
