Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential and existing clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email .
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Generate and follow up on sales leads and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships .
Identify new prospects and support lead conversion and sales growth .
Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain CRM records, lead status, and follow-up activities .
Work towards assigned sales targets and business development goals .
