Job Summary

We are looking for target-oriented Blue Collar Recruiters to source and recruit skilled and semi-skilled workers for domestic and international projects, especially in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates such as Masons, Electricians, Welders, Plumbers, Carpenters, Fabricators, Drivers, and other blue-collar workers.
Source candidates through ITIs, contractors, vendors, referrals, field visits, and local networks.
Screen candidates and verify their skills, experience, licences, and documents, as applicable.
Coordinate interviews, trade tests, recruitment drives, and candidate mobilization.




Build a solid candidate pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups.
Achieve recruitment targets and maintain candidate records.

Requirements
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in blue-collar, construction, driver, or field recruitment.
Valuable understanding of skilled and semi-skilled manpower sourcing.
Robust networking, communication, and coordination skills.
Only Male candidates may apply.
Existing contacts with contractors, ITIs, vendors, or manpower suppliers will be an advantage.
Target-oriented approach and willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities.
