We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Bakery Assistant to join our team. The candidate will assist the Bakery Chef in daily bakery production, preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Bakery Chef in daily production and preparation.
Support in preparing bakery items, ingredients, and basic mise en place.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area.
Handle bakery equipment and ingredients carefully.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Support the team during busy hours.
Perform other bakery-related duties as assigned by the Chef.
Requirements:
Previous bakery/food production experience preferred.
Freshers with a solid interest in bakery work can also apply.
Valuable discipline and teamwork.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Ability to join immediately is preferred.
