Prepare and present a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery products.
Handle daily baking activities including mixing, proofing, baking, decorating, and finishing.
Ensure every product meets the required taste, quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
Follow recipes and maintain consistency in ingredients, portions, and preparation.
Bring creativity to the section and assist in creating recent products and seasonal specials.
Keep the bakery and pastry area clean, organized, and hygienic throughout the shift.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to ensure ingredients are available on time.
Use ingredients and equipment efficiently while keeping wastage under control.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards at all times.
Work closely with the kitchen team and maintain a positive, qualified attitude during busy operations.
