Role Description





We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented individual to support student outreach, lead generation and marketing activities for our management education and career guidance programs.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound tele-calls to prospective students and generate interest in our programs/services.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp and social media.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead databases.
Assist in promoting CAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, MBA/PGDM admissions and related services.
Support social media content, campaigns, webinars, seminars and student events.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Skills Required
Positive communication and convincing skills
Comfortable making frequent calls and speaking with students/parents
Positive, proactive and target-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is preferred
