About the Role

Apparel Group India is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – E-commerce Operations to manage and optimize day-to-day e-commerce operations. The role will focus on order fulfilment, inventory management, marketplace coordination, operational performance, and customer experience across online channels.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete order lifecycle, including processing, fulfilment, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Coordinate with marketplaces, logistics partners, warehouses, customer service, and finance teams.
Monitor operational KPIs and analyse order data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
Ensure optimal inventory availability across online marketplaces.
Handle order escalations, delivery issues, return discrepancies, and customer concerns within defined SLAs.
Implement and maintain SOPs in line with internal processes and marketplace guidelines.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.




Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, marketplace operations, or retail operations.
Experience in inventory management and process optimization will be an advantage.
Experience with e-commerce platforms or marketplace seller portals is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
