Operations leadership: Oversee daily operations across all Bangalore client sites and ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
P&L; ownership: Own budgets, cost control, and margin improvement for the region, and review monthly MIS and variances.
Client management: Manage key client relationships, run governance reviews, resolve escalations, and support contract renewals and upsell.
Business growth: Support tendering, costing, and mobilization of current sites with the business development team.
Procurement and vendors: Oversee sourcing of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract compliance.
Process and technology: Standardize SOPs and drive ERP and CAFM adoption, audits, and operational dashboards.
Compliance and safety: Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws, contract labour regulations) and adherence to HSE and quality standards.
People management: Lead and mentor regional heads, site managers, and supervisors, and manage hiring, attrition, and training.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
