Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, validate and maintain AI/ML models for operational automation and business-critical transportation use cases.
Collect, transform and explore data from disparate sources while assessing data quality, bias and alignment with operational requirements.
Develop NLP and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions that combine language models with enterprise knowledge and customer data.
Work with domain experts, software engineering teams and external partners to define requirements and industrialize AI solutions on Azure.
Research and evaluate methods that improve model robustness, explainability, trustworthiness and measurable delivery quality.

Skills Required:
12 - 14 years of relevant experience, including substantial experience in data science,



artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Robust hands-on expertise in Python, NumPy, Pandas, NLP and artificial intelligence/machine learning algorithms.
Experience architecting and developing AI/ML solutions on Microsoft Azure, including cloud-based application integration.
Practical experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications and working with contemporary language-model architectures.
Ability to translate data science prototypes into reliable software solutions, APIs and production-ready AI services.

Valuable to Have:
Experience with Keras, PyTorch, NLU, TensorFlow and OpenAI technologies.

Education: B.Tech or B.Tech-M.Tech dual degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering or a related discipline.
