Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, handle invoices and payments, and support payroll and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain cash book, bank book and ledger accounts.
Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
Record receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain GST-related records and documentation.
Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments and outstanding amounts.
Verify bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
Assist in salary, PF, ESIC and PT-related payroll calculations when required.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Prepare outstanding, expense and other routine MIS reports.




Support monthly closing and audit requirements.
Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Stores and Management for financial documentation.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally Prime / accounting software.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance.
Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidential financial information.

Educational Qualification B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a manufacturing / engineering company will be an advantage.
