Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering.
Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure optimal performance and quality.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium with Java, Automated Testing, API Automation, Cucumber (BDD) framework, CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Solid understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools and reporting metrics.
Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Selenium.
This position is based at our Pune office and 3 days WFO/week is mandatory from Kharadi.
