To aid SWP business segment through internal and external product training.
To improve customer engagement through enhancing user experience.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Adopt knowledge and skill set of Getinge operating table and accessory complete portfolio.
Visit customers post OT Table installation and train end users – OT technicians, OT Nurses, Surgeons, Biomedical Engineers on supplied table and accessory
Presence in live surgery if requested by end user.
Supporting product demonstration in workshops, conferences.
Supporting sales team in product demonstration in recent customer prospects.
Support in generating recent lead for accessories
Maintain record of customer training.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in science / medical science / nursing / Operation Theatre Technology
Approximate 4 -6 years’ experience of working inside Operating Room as OT Technician or OT Nurse
Experience in Orthopedic, Trauma, Neuro- Spine surgery will be given priority
Basic level of knowledge in handling computers along with MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word, Internet is necessary
Fluency in English, Hindi will be preferred
Willingness to travel across India is mandatory
