We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our Sales & Customer Support team.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Explain SFPL products and services.
Explain device, web portal and mobile application.
Conduct basic product demonstrations.
Handle customer queries and after-sales support.
Maintain customer and lead records.
Coordinate with the technical team when required.
Follow up with customers until enquiry/sales closure.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply; experienced candidates and suitable candidates will be given first preference.
Valuable Hindi and Gujarati communication.
Basic English communication.
Confident on telephone calls.
Valuable computer and internet knowledge.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to learn technical products/software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
