Manage overall branch operations and business performance.
Drive loan disbursement, customer acquisition and portfolio growth as per targets.
Manage collections and portfolio quality, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing delinquency.
Monitor branch PAR, overdue and collection efficiency.
Lead, motivate and manage the branch team to achieve business and operational targets.
Conduct regular field visits and monitor customer/centre meetings.
Ensure proper adherence to company policies, processes and RBI/MFI guidelines.
Monitor customer onboarding, KYC, documentation and loan processing.
Identify business prospects and develop the branch customer base.
Review branch performance, productivity and daily/weekly MIS.
Coordinate with Regional/Zonal teams for business and operational requirements.
Handle customer grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and take corrective actions wherever required.
Maintain high standards of customer service and operational discipline.
