KLAY is looking for a senior B2C Business Leader to lead and scale its B2C business across markets.

This is a commercial leadership role with end-to-end ownership of B2C revenue, pricing, category growth, customer acquisition, retention, portfolio monetisation and frontline commercial execution .

What you will own
Own the B2C business plan, revenue targets and commercial priorities across markets.
Lead revenue growth, pricing, fee structures, discounting and margin/fee realisation .
Build and scale B2C businesses across defined customer and product/service categories .
Drive category growth, cross-sell, share of wallet and portfolio monetisation .
Own the customer acquisition funnel from lead generation → enquiry → centre visit → conversion → initial customer experience .
Drive CAC optimisation, customer lifetime value, referrals, advocacy and high-ROI acquisition channels .
Own re-enrolment and renewal strategy to strengthen retention and recurring revenue.
Identify and build current categories, channels, markets and revenue opportunities .




Partner closely with Marketing and Operations to translate commercial strategy into centre-level outcomes.
Build a high-performance B2C team and establish clear ownership, accountability and execution mechanisms .
Provide market, competition and customer insights to shape product/programme and growth strategy .

What we are looking for
12+ years of experience in B2C businesses, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role .
Proven experience managing multi-location / pan-India B2C businesses and commercial teams .
Solid track record of owning revenue, pricing, category growth and customer acquisition/retention .
Experience in building/scaling a product or service category and owning a business P&L; or significant commercial charter is preferred.
Preferably from B2C services or retail with distributed operations, high-volume customer acquisition and recurring customer relationships.
Experience working in medium to large, complex business settings .
MBA (Sales/Marketing) is preferred.
