Role & responsibilities
Perform 3D CAD design and 2D drawing creation using CATIA V5/V6
Define packaging concepts considering:
Space constraints and packaging envelope
Clearance and accessibility
Mounting strategy
Electrical isolation requirements
Harness routing and connector accessibility
Thermal considerations
Vibration and mechanical loading
Assembly and serviceability
Perform vehicle/battery-package integration and interference/clearance checks.
Develop BMS housings, brackets, covers, mounting features, and interfaces with the battery pack.
Support packaging of low-voltage and high-voltage electrical interfaces associated with the battery system.
