Lead and monitor Sales, Credit & Collection teams.
Achieve branch business, disbursement and collection targets.
Ensure proper customer handling and process compliance.
Monitor team performance and maintain discipline.
Coordinate with Head Office and submit regular reports.
Drive branch growth while ensuring company policies are followed.
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
