Role Description
This is a full time in office role as a Client Relationship Manager located in New Delhi at Stunning Dentistry. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for Patient management and Handling, managing client accounts, fostering positive relationships with clients, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to effectively manage client relationships
Experience in handling client inquiries and concerns
Robust organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of the dental industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
